Live clean. Move forward. Become who you're meant to be.

From rock bottom to total clarity — let’s build something real.

The mission:

I am Frederick Boisvert. I’ve always loved building things — creating something from nothing. Whether it was on the farm where I grew up or now with design and code, I’ve always been a builder. It’s in me. Today, I build websites. Logos. Visual identities. I help people bring their ideas to life and give their projects a face, a home, and a voice. While I become the best version of myself — I help others do the same. That’s the mission. That’s what drives me every day.

Portfolio:

Cathy Rockwood

I helped Cathy by building her a website, creating products and securing sponsorships so she can live her dream of being a pro fitness athlete to compete in the United States and meet her idol Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Loryann (concept)

I built Loryann a modern website so she can book appointments for her permanent make-up and tattoo business. I also created an online store so that she can sell products and bring additionnal funds to live her dream life.

Janet London

I created a website for Janet to showcase her Art and attract more collectors. I also numerized her artworks to create a online store with her art prints and I even take care of printing her reproductions.

Journal:

Day 1

This morning, I woke up at 4:20 AM.

I stood up, drank water, brushed my teeth, packed some peanut butter and water in my backpack. Then I stepped out.

The city was still asleep. Dark. Cold. Quiet. And yet — I moved.

Only 12 days ago, I had surgery to repair three hernias. I was told to rest, be careful on stairs, and take it slow. But I believe in a different kind of healing. Not reckless — intentional. I don’t push through pain to prove something. I do it to teach my body one thing:

You won’t break. You’ll adapt. You’ll harden.

My glutes were sore from yesterday’s 21.1k walk. One leg cramped early. The sunburn on my head still stung. But I kept walking.

1 km.

3 km.

10 km.

At 15 km, the pain dulled. I picked up the pace. I started flying.

Three hours and eighteen minutes later, I had walked another half-marathon.

And the most important part? I’m doing it again tomorrow. And the next day. And the next. Until I can run.

This isn’t about ego. It’s about growth. It’s about rebuilding a body that used to be strong, but not hard. Now, I’m creating something unbreakable. And I know I’m not the only one who needs that kind of strength.

By the time most people opened their eyes on a quiet Sunday, I had already taken nearly 24,000 steps. And after that? I didn’t go rest. I went to a café and worked. On my business. On my site. On my future. Because this isn’t just for me — this is for the people who will need me ready when their moment comes.

If you’re reading this, maybe you’re in the middle of your own healing. Maybe you’re facing your own 21.1km. I’m here to tell you — keep walking. Yes, it hurts. Yes, it’s hard. But that’s the path to power.

Let’s build something together. Something real. Something strong. When you’re ready to move, I’m already on the road.
